o CoMo Preservation will work with experts to provide hands- on preservation training for owners of historic properties.

o CoMo Preservation will work to ensure historic items from buildings to be demolished are salvaged and reused.

Any building of historic, architectural, archeological, or cultural significance that is over 50 years old.

· Neglect or lack of preventative maintenance

· Lack of financial resources to prevent decline

· Inability to find appropriate artisans, craftspeople, or other contractors
